Jessica, Bobby & Tim
Jessica is a lovely teenage girl that wants her forever family. She loves to draw, listen to music, color, swim, and play outside. She enjoys participating in new activities. She is currently in middle school and does better academically in small settings. She has an Individual Educational Plan (IEP) in place to help her academically. She needs assistance with staying on tasks and emotional control this is assisted by the use of medication. She is a very affectionate, sweet, and an expressive child. She needs a family that can help her identify her own good qualities and manage her emotions. The child also needs a family that can support her in developing her language skills. She loves to feel a part of the family and participate in family activities. She is making progress and responds to a very structured home with a lot of support. She will need someone to be patient with her.
Bobby is the youngest child of the sibling group. He is an outgoing teenager that eagerly wants his forever family. He enjoys reading, riding bikes, video games, books, basketball, and being outdoors. He has an Individual Educational Plan (IEP) in place to help him with math. He is prescribed medication to assist him with staying on tasks and sleeping. He is a very smart child that is also very inquisitive. His fears are going to the doctor and bath time due to his fear of water on his face. A family must be patience and understanding of his fears. He is very helpful around the house and loves to know that he is needed.
Tim is the oldest of the sibling group. He is a twin to another sibling that is not wishing to be a part of the sibling adoption. He is an outgoing teenager that wants a home with his siblings. He enjoys listening to music, reading, video games, drawing and animals. He enjoys helping around the house. He loves being around animals and helps take care of the animals around the home as his daily chores. He would love to be placed in a home that has animals. He has a fear of spiders and snakes but is working on those fears. He is a B/C student and enjoys being at the high school. Tim’s current worker stated “Tim is a very funny energetic child. He is disciplined in all he does and is an all-around a great child”.
Jessica, Bobby and Tim would do best in a two parent home that has time to spend with them both as a group and individually. The family should have a support network, the time, energy and willingness to continue to love and support these children as they grow together as a family. These siblings are a very fun group of children that would bring excitement, energy and joy into any home.
